The Front Fell Off

This is apparently an Australian politician speaking about a shipping accident in which "the front of the boat fell off" and 20,000 gallons of oil were spilled.

I have no idea if this is real or not, but it is hilarious!

*Upon further research, I have found out that this is a clip from an Australian comedy show entitled Clark and Dawe.
